I pre-ordered some flowers for Valentine’s Day about 2 weeks ahead of time. I came in and there was an issue with my order, but let me tell you the customer service was above and beyond! They ensured I had my order and then some. Everyone there is so friendly and we’re eager to help. There’s plenty of options when it comes to pre-made or custom flower arrangements. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of flowers you get. I highly recommend LaBloom and they will be my florist of choice!

The spray I ordered for a casket was absolutely beautiful. The lady I worked with (I wish I had gotten her name) listened to what I wanted and made additional helpful suggestions. The flowers were fresh and so colorful. I highly recommend!!!

I received the most gorgeous flowers from them after a recent surgery. My son just told them what my favorite color was, the took the ball from there and boy did they hit it out of the park.

This place was great! After looking on the website, I got scared that you had to pre order custom arranged flowers and have them delivered so I decided to instead visit the shop itself, they have an entire room with pre made flower pots with different flower types and colors, it was beautiful! I ended up getting garden roses for my mother’s birthday. The staff were also very friendly and kind, I’ll definitely be returning in the event I need flowers for a special occasion!!

I live in Oregon, but my friend had knee replacement surgery in Shreveport, which required an overnight stay. I called two other florists and their customer service etiquette was awful, with no inkling of even trying to help me get flowers delivered to her. I called LaBloom and from the first “hello” to the last “goodbye,” the customer service was EXCELLENT. I ordered flowers for my friend at a price I thought was fair, with availability to deliver. I highly recommend this florist, especially for those of us who no longer live in Louisiana and need reliability in this important part of being able to express love and care through the gift of flowers.

Boyfriend ordered me flowers a week before Valentine’s Day and I received them that day with no delays!! Owners are so great and friendly and the flowers are so beautiful! Definitely the new place all my flowers will be coming from ❤️

I was need of an arrangement for a memorial service. My procrastination was not an issue for this shop (specifically Elizabeth). They delivered and handled my order professionally and expeditiously. Having been given full creative license on the arrangement, they knocked it out of the park! I do not live in their service area but highly recommend this shop for your floral needs. Wow! Just wow! I live in Tampa and found LaBloom online. They actually answered the phone (I called 3 others who did not answer) and were very pleasant. They arranged a beauty floral design for my mom’s 80th birthday. The bouquet and balloons were exquisite. They are my go to florists in Shreveport! Highly recommend!!!!

Elizabeth did wonders making my wife's surprise come true. She took my idea and made it happen! My wife loves Christmas trees and roses. As a result, she made a wonderful Christmas rose tree! Absolutely gorgeous!
